María Gabriela Hoch is an international expert in Women’s Empowerment, Spiritual & Energy Leadership Mentor, businesswoman, social entrepreneur and writer. Her mission is to inspire women to empower themselves to live a happy, authentic and vital life, to empower others and improve the world. She has more than 22 years of experience in in the field. Originally from Argentina, based in Miami, Florida, USA

She is the author of the book "Diario de una Mujer Vital" where she shares her way over twenty years of personal and professional discovery and transformation, as well as strategies shaping women's networks, mentoring and networking. 

Co-founder & Managing Director of International Doorway Women’s Empowerment, through its efforts international students gain scholarships to further their education in the US; co-founder & Honorary President of Vital Voices Argentina Chapter, an NGO founded by Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright that empowers emerging women leaders and social entrepreneurs around the globe; and a member of Vital Voices Global Network, Miami based Community Leader. Over the last 10 years, she has focused on developing and implementing programs to help build strong platforms for women to advance in both education and leadership. Over 4,500 women received leadership training; more than 600 emerging leaders participated in mentoring programs, and created a network of 10.000+ women that are leaders in their sector and are committed to empower and support the growth of other rising female leaders.
